NANCY CORREA WAS THE FIRST BORN OF 5 SIBLINGS. AT THE AGE OF 8 YEARS OLD, DURING A CHRISTMAS PROGRAM AT JOHN 3:16 IN THE BRONX, SHE ACCEPTED THE LORD AS HER PERSONAL SAVIOR. NANCY HAS BEEN SINGING SINCE SHE WAS VERY YOUNG AND WAS ALSO MENTORED BY HER GRANDMOTHER ALEJANDRA CABAN AND HER COUSIN REV. MANUEL A. ALVAREZ DURING HER TEENAGE YEARS THEY MINISTERED IN MUSICAL GROUPS, VISITED INMATES IN DETENTION CENTERS AND PRISONS, AND WEEKLY VISITED THE ELDERLY AND THE SICK AT JACOBI HOSPITAL IN THE BRONX EVERY SUNDAY.
NANCY HAS ALWAYS HAD A PASSION FOR THE LORD AND HAS NEVER SWAYED IN HER WALK WITH CHRIST.
NANCY MARRIED HER SWEETHEART ALMOST 32 YEARS AGO, HAS TWO GROWN CHILDREN AND TWO GRANDCHILDREN. SHE HAS BEEN IN FULL TIME MINISTRY FOR 30 YEARS. SHE IS CURRENTLY IN FULL TIME MINISTRY PASTORING TWO CHURCHES ALONG SIDE HER HUSBAND REV. DR. DAN CORREA JR (MIDDLETOWN ASSEMBLY OF GOD AND IGLESIA VIDA ABUNDANTE).
NANCY HAS HAD A PASSION FOR MISSIONS SINCE THE 1990'S WHEN SHE ATTENDED HER FIRST MISSIONS TRIP TO GHANA WEST AFRICA AND SINCE THEN HAS TRAVELED TO COLOMBIA, HAITI AND ANTIGUA. SHE BELIEVES THERE WILL BE MORE OPPORTUNITIES IN THIS AREA.
NANCY IS A GRADUATE OF LOGOS UNIVERSITY WITH A BACHELOR DEGREE IN BIBLICAL STUDIES AND A CONCENTRATION IN CHRISTIAN COUNSELING. SHE IS A GRADUATE OF THE NEW JERSEY DISTRICT SCHOOL OF MINISTRY AND IS A FACULTY MEMBER AT THE MIDDLETOWN NJ CAMPUS.
NANCY IS ALSO AN UNDERGRADUATE IN BROOKDALE COMMUNITY COLLEGE PURSUING A DEGREE IN FINE ARTS AND STARTED A FREE ART CLASS IN MIDDLETOWN NJ IN 2015.
NANCY IS CURRENTLY HOLDING THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS: WOMEN'S MINISTRY LEADER, GOSPEL CHOIR DIRECTOR, TRANSLATOR (SPANISH TO ENGLISH AND VICE VERSA) WORSHIP LEADER, PROFESSOR, COUNSELOR, LEAD PASTOR, ORDAINED MINISTER WITH THE ASSEMBLIES OF GOD, RECRUITER FOR NJSOM AND CONFERENCE SPEAKER.
